Charles E. GreccoMr. Grecco is responsible for our biomass initiative and has over twenty years of experience in capital market activities, operations risk management, strategic execution and portfolio management. He is well versed in both debt and equity capital markets, and has held executive positions with American International Group and an affiliate of General Electric where he developed and managed multi-billion dollar nationwide specialty financial portfolios for both organizations.

Jud ClevelandJudson ClevelandMr. Cleveland is responsible for Cate Street Capital’s clean water initiative. His responsibilities include the management of operations at Red Desert Reclamation and the development and implementation of Clean Runner water solutions. Prior to joining Cate Street Capital, he was with Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group with responsibility for investment due diligence and risk management.

Alex RitchieMs. Ritchie is responsible for overseeing Cate Street's Government and Community Affairs and has been instrumental in sculpting critical relationships between CSC and local and state officials. Her responsibilities include researching and securing various federal and state assistance programs and her unique skill set affords Cate Street better positioning in the numerous states and communities across the country where our various business assets are located. Prior to joining Cate Street Ms. Ritchie spent more than ten years in Real Estate Development, Marketing and Project Management.

Jason EllsworthMr. Ellsworth is responsible for Cate Street's distributed solar energy business, Sunlight Partners. Before joining Cate Street Capital, he held various positions in product and business development at leading technology companies, including Corning, Inc. With more than 15 years' experience establishing and managing technology start-ups in the US and in Asia, including the operations and manufacturing infrastructure required to make them profitable, he is responsible for a series of successful ventures now totaling nearly $1 billion in annual sales.

Matt EastwickMatt EastwickMr. Eastwick is responsible for the capital requirements of Cate Street Capital's affiliated companies. He has 18 years of experience in the industry, and prior to joining Cate Street, worked for several Wall Street banks including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Eastwick has particular expertise in structuring and executing complex credit and derivative transactions, having worked with a wide range of corporations to provide innovative financing and risk management solutions. He has originated and executed over $20 billion in both public and private financings over the course of his career.

Bob PayneBob PayneMr. Payne is responsible for sourcing project deal flow and has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining our team, he was a principal of Kensington Industries and Investments which structured energy companies through buyouts and recapitalization. The firm during his tenure originated both debt and equity commitments of over $1.6 billion. In addition, during his career he has held the position of CEO for Harvest BioFuels, Head of M&A for Wasserstein, Perella & Co’s global petroleum and chemical industry practice, and Senior Banker at Citicorp Securities.
