With over 20 years’ experience in strategic financial development, Mr. Hallé is responsible for the strategic and tactical side of the business for Cate Street Capital. He maintains a special focus on energy, infrastructure, and project finance sale-leaseback structures. Before founding Cate Street, Hallé held executive positions in several entrepreneurial high-growth financial companies. He originated, structured and executed approximately $5 billion taxable and tax-exempt debt through private offerings and has an established reputation as an astute and creative financier.

Mr. Cyr brings extensive business model feasibility analysis, marketing, and sales management expertise to the table and handles all of Cate Street’s corporate communications, project brand development and marketing. He is an energetic entrepreneur who has advised over 150 companies and worked with publicly traded companies such as BARD Pharmaceutical, TYCO International, Dexter Corporation, Lydall and Willis Group Holdings. As co-founder and President of Cyr & Knowles, Cyr developed substantial experience in various industries including manufacturing, health care, technology, finance and insurance.

Mr. Ferree handles technical analysis, project oversight and has over 25 years of experience in industrial project and construction management, mechanical maintenance and energy development. Prior to joining our team, Ferree maintained an active practice as an independent energy-project consultant for both private and public companies. He served 18 years as President of Gateway, N.A. which successfully developed and constructed three power generation facilities in Utah, California and New Mexico. Ferree was Vice President in the energy department at First Southwest Company where he developed and reviewed energy-related contracts, performed due-diligence on energy technologies, energy conservation and distributed generation projects.
