Doug HarvinMr. Harvin is responsible for financial analysis across Cate Street’s portfolio and development pipeline. He has more than 12 years of experience in the capital markets, and he brings a specific expertise in project finance to the team. Most recently, he was a senior director in Fitch Ratings where he led the company’s efforts in rating analysis and research for energy and industrial project transactions. Prior to joining Fitch, Doug was senior project manager for CornerStone Energy Advisors during which time he developed market forecasts and performed due diligence for the valuation, acquisition, and financing of merchant power facilities.
